Do you crave an exciting start-up environment but get nervous about instability?  What if I told you I had just the role for you?!  Burtch Works is partnering with a late stage start-up in the Bay Area, and they're actively seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its robust product and marketing analytics team.

The Senior Data Analyst should be familiar with product analytics and testing - designing, implementing, and analyzing statistical tests, primarily on marketing and customer behavior data. The Senior Data Analyst will be very hands-on with data and must have solid experience with statistical programming tools like R, Python, SAS, and SQL. Strong communication is also key, as stakeholder interaction and presentations will be frequent.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Proficiency in statistical tools such as SQL, SAS, R, Python and Tableau
Advanced degree in a quantitative field
3+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, particularly statistical modeling and test/experimental design
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Exposure to and understanding of test and learn methodologies is a huge plus

Salary for this role is commensurate with experience and equity is offered. The firm has a vibrant atmosphere with many perks that you likely won’t see in a large corporate environment.  Unfortunately, our client is unable to sponsor visas at this time.
