Our client, a provider of transaction-driven marketing, seeks a Sr. Director for their team in Atlanta. This individual will be guiding strategies and leveraging data in order to provide actionable insights for their clients. In addition to supporting external clients, you will be working with internal teams to develop new product strategies and analytics methodologies. At times you will be knee deep in the data, and at other times you will be crafting engaging analytic stories.
-Utilize purchase data to understand consumer spending habits and customer journeys
-Build long term relationships with their clients
-Be a strategic leader to a group of quantitative professionals, helping to augment their technical skills and refine their client facing soft skills
-Develop new analytic approaches and tools
-Ability to interpret complex analytical results and transform into client deliverables
-Knowledge of advanced statistical modeling
-Outstanding communication and presentation skills, prior client-facing experience
-Strategic thinker as well as proven team/project management experience
-Proficient in SQL, R and Tableau, Python a plus
-Experience working in financial services a plus
-Master's degree in a quantitative field as well as 8+ years of relevant experience
Compensation up to $160K on base + bonus.
