Sr Director, Multi-Channel Marketing
Our client, a leader in the hospitality/entertainment industry, seeks a Sr Director of User Satisfaction to join their headquarters in Orlando, FL to optimize marketing in an omni- channel environment. This role will be a key in optimizing customer and internal employee experiences to solve business problems and improve satisfaction.
Strong candidates will have at least 10 years’ experience in direct marketing and be able to work collaboratively throughout the organization. Salary is up to $190K and is commensurate with experience. Must be authorized to work in the US.
- MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
- 10+ years’ within direct marketing or customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to present clear, concise strategic designs based on analytics and present to senior leaders and peers
- Proven ability to leverage the entire digital ecosystem including web, CRM, mobile, social, etc. to present a complete narrative in the customer lifecycle
- Proven leadership abilities
- Proven ability to introduce and deploy system-wide solutions and critically evaluate success metrics
