Senior Manager - Customer Analytics

Our client, a multinational pharma organization, is looking for a Senior Manager to join the team of their Center for Analytic Excellence. The hiring manager is looking for someone who can lead analytics projects from start to finish – working with business leaders to understand the problem, identify the best methodology for answering the questions, performing the analytics, helping to implement the solutions, and creating a roadmap for the capability.
This is a new group within the organization so there is a lot of opportunity to make your mark within this global company. You’ll be using your experience in Key Opinion Leader (KOL) identification/mapping along with advanced data science techniques (natural language processing, deep learning, etc) to advocate for new customer analytics techniques to keep the company on the cutting edge.
Candidates must have:
- 5+ years of industry experience
- An advanced degree in a quantitative field
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with customer analytics (clustering, segmentation, etc) as well as customer network analytics (influencer identification, Key Opinion Leader identification and mapping, etc)
- Experience with Machine Learning
Compensation is flexible depending on experience/fit – but can go to the mid-100’s with bonus.
