Our client is looking for a Senior Analyst, Customer Analytics to serve as an analytics consultant alongside the CRM, marketing and loyalty teams of a major NYC client. The Senior Analyst will be tasked with delivering insights based on broad business questions and given a veritable playground of data sources to work with – from ecommerce data to loyalty data to email open rates to brick and mortar sales. Cultural fit is key, along with a strong analytical foundation and the ability to hit the ground running. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical material to a non-technical audience is desired. Candidates must be exceptionally skilled with Powerpoint and SQL.
