Operations & Finance Predictive Analytics

We are working with a finance company in the Chicagoland area on Analytics Consultant opportunity. This role will support multiple areas of the business with their analytics and modeling needs and have a lot of exposure to the executive team. You will act as an internal consultant and provide actionable insights and recommendations to business units including sales, marketing, underwriting and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

•Developing analytic solutions that address business questions across the organization

•Conducting in-depth analyses and building statistical models to identify trends and key drivers to inform strategic decisions

•Build and maintain KPI dashboards and other reporting to track performance

•Provide ad-hoc analytics and query support to internal teams

•Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership team

•Serve as a thought leader within the organization, providing recommendations and creative alternatives to drive business growth

MUST HAVES:

2-4 years of experience in an analytics role

•Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field

•Excellent analytical, statistical modeling, problem solving, and conceptual thinking abilities

•Comfortable handling sometimes ambiguously-defined problems, developing creative solutions and delivering meaningful results

•Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable translating technical results into straightforward insights

•Experience with PowerBI or Tableau, SQL, Python, or R
