Marketing Analytics Manager

Looking for the chance to help a recognizable, world-renowned company make data-driven business decisions? We’re working with an international brand to find an Analytics Manager for their office in Chicago. This is a newly-created role within a global organization that is actively expanding their analytics capabilities, and they’re searching for a seasoned professional to help them use data to answer a variety of business questions. In particular, work will include building out their sales forecasting tool, doing econometric modeling and analysis, and using transaction-level data to make suggestions about product mix. The Manager will be very hands-on with data, working to understand sales drivers and how they impact the business. You’ll also be supporting the marketing and sales teams and creating dashboards to be used by senior management.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Proficiency in statistical tools such as SAS, R, and Tableau
Advanced degree in a quantitative field
5+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, particularly causal forecasting
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Agency experience strongly preferred
Exposure to and understanding of test and learn methodologies is a huge plus
In short, we’re looking for someone with experience in advanced forecasting, marketing analytics, and econometrics who can hit the ground running from day one. Must be an independent worker with great communication skills and business acumen. Experience in the restaurant, CPG, or retail spaces is strongly preferred.
