Manager of Advanced Analytics

A reputable company is looking to add a Manager, Customer Analytics to their team in the Chicago Area. The Manager will be responsible for leading customer analytics related to retention, customer lifetime value, and churn. Ideal candidates will have a strong statistical background with hands on knowledge of regression models, factor analysis, and segmentation.
The Manager will take the lead and guide more junior staff through the modeling process. Candidates should be familiar with the logic behind various techniques and how they can be applied in a business setting. Having a strong business acumen and presentation style is important at this level.
Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics or related field
5+ years of experience in a technical role
Strong knowledge of SAS, R, or SPSS and familiarity with relational databases
Must be able to translate technical material for non-technical audiences
