We are working with a financial services company in Cleveland on an opening for an Associate Director of Analytics on their centralized analytics team. This is a key leadership position that will be managing a team of up to 5 on the delivery of analytics solutions across the enterprise. You will also be working closely with the Director of Analytics on defining the analytics strategy. This may be the role for you if you are coming from a background in advanced analytics, have experience managing people and are a strategic thinker.




Solve key business problems through the application of numerous analytical techniques such as multivariate statistics, predictive modeling, segmentation, optimization, simulation, machine learning, etc.

Partner with all departments on analytics related to sales and profitability, marketing ROI, customer acquisition, segmentation and targeting, retention and loyalty

Help manage the department’s technology strategy

Help build, source and prioritize analytics project pipeline

Develop, train, mentor, and manage statistical analysts at all levels of expertise




MBA or MS degree in a quantitative field

6+ years of Analytics Leadership Experience, and 3+ years of hands-on experience deriving actionable insights from data through advanced analytics methodologies leveraging SAS, Python or similar statistical tools

Strong knowledge of Analytics, statistical methodologies, predictive modeling, data modeling techniques and their application(s) to different business units and focus areas

Ability to work directly with C-level Executives and below to scope the needs of large scale, high-value, technically complex projects

Salary up to $130K + bonus. Must be Citizen or Green Card holder.
