Our client, a well-known consultancy in the Seattle area, is seeking an Analytics & Insights proffesionasl to joing its growing analytics team. An ideal candidate will be analytically-minded with strong and proven data manipulation skills, as this role will be responsible for working with, manipulating, and extrapolating insights from a wide mix of large data sets ranging from existing research, proprietary data, secondary data (ComScore, Nielsen, etc.) and more. Partner with internal researchers and analysts to build out new business function
Leverage mix of data sources – consolidate, analyze, and package multiple data streams into coherent and easy-to-digest deliverables for clients to use (i.e. databases, slide decks, presentations, memos or infographics, etc.)
Conduct hands-on data analysis, manage internal partners, and also partner with and manage outside vendors, delivering against deadlines and exceeding client expectations
Maintain rich understanding of technology industry and clients’ business issues
Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or social science
At least 3+ years’ work experience in project management or management consulting; experience within technology preferred
A strategic mindset; natural curiosity and an ability to use data to provide actionable recommendations
Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
Strong analytical capabilities; including comfort with Power BI, Tableau, Sharepoint, and Excel; SQL experience a plus
Experience with primary research, secondary research, and large datasets such as ComScore, Nielsen, NetRatings, etc.
