Statistical Marketing Analyst

A growing marketing firm with an innovative approach to consumer engagement is looking for a seasons analytics professional to join its downtown Chicago team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will work with a small team to develop scalable solutions and analyze massive amounts of consumer / transactional data. Exceptional communication is needed as well, as this person will frequently be tasked with presentation of insights to cross-functional business partners. This is the unique opportunity to work alongside core members of the creative, marketing, and operations teams within a fast-paced "startup" environment, minus the hours!
The ideal candidate will have experience in CPG, retail, or transaction-level analytics, plus a proven ability to build analytics processes and communicate to a variety of audiences.

Solid experience working with consumer level data in the CPG and/or retail industries
Must be an expert in SQL for data querying and mining
Expertise in R for statistical modeling, additional Python experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills and business acumen
