Senior Manager of Customer Analytics

Luxury retail brand is looking to add a Senior Customer Analytics Leader to their growing Global Analytics team in New York. This is a great opportunity to help a world-class retailer establish a more data-driven approach to customer engagement by understanding customer behavior and answer important business questions. You will work with marketers across internal teams to create the road map for marketing programs, monitor and compare their effectiveness, and glean actionable insight. This position will have up to 5 direct reports.

Degree in a quantitative discipline ( Statistics, Analytics, Economic)
5+ years of experience in analytics
Prior experience using statistical languages and tools such as SAS, SQL, R, Python, and data visualization tools
Solid background in measuring and managing marketing/advertising campaigns
