Analytics Leader, Customer Analytics

A well-known retailer is looking for a seasoned Analytics Leader to join their team. You will manage a team devoted to using sophisticated technological and analytical approaches to solving business problems related to customer analytics. This person will work with other leaders and C Level executives to provide the analytic road map and deliver insights around data driven initiatives. In particular, this role will spearhead customer lifetime value assessments, segmentation analysis, and customer experience projects across channels. You will also be involved in creating a robust testing platform.
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 5 years' experience working within analytics. Experience in the retail industry strongly preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Leadership experience
- Experience with predictive modeling and data mining expertise
Salary commensurate with experience. Relocation assistance provided. This role can be located in NYC, Chicago, or Florida.
