A growing analytics consulting firm is looking to add a Senior Analyst to their Bay Area team. The Senior Analyst would work closely with a major retailer client to determine business needs and consult on marketing analytics and optimization. Ideal candidates will have a strong quantitative background and excellent communication in order to work effectively across both internal and external teams. This role will guide client expectations, establish a timeline for analytic requests, and deliver results. Prior hands on experience with statistical tools is preferred and strong candidates will be able to perform quality assurance checks on the statistical models built by the offshore team.
Exposure to BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Microstrategy, etc.
Exposure to statistical tools (i.e. SAS, SPSS, and R)
Minimum 5 years of experience within analytics
Ability to translate technical material to a non-technical audience
